S t and Positions The stand of the touchmonitor can be conver ted between two positions: the low profile “hostess” position and the high prof ile “upright” position.
T o convert the stand into the hi gh profile “upright” position, se cure the thumbscrews into the high or “H” screw-holes in the bottom of the base. Upright position T o convert the stand i nto the low profile “hostess” position, secure the thumbscrews into the low or “L” screw-holes in the bottom of the base.
User Manual: 1523L, 1723L SW601951 Rev A, Page 8 of 29 T ouchmonitor Connections 1. Connect the DVI or VGA video cables between the monitor ’ s DVI/VGA input connectors and your DVI/VGA video source, respectively . T ighten the video cable’s screws for best performance.
Select the applicable driver from the Elo T ouch Solutions website and download: For Windows XP installations, install the “USB T ouchs creen Drivers” when prompted: User Manual: 1523L, 1723L SW60.
For Windows 7 installations, check the “Inst all dr iver” box under “Elo USB Interfaces – Other T ouchscreens” After accepting the end-user license agree ment, the drivers will finish installing. Reboot your computer after the inst all is complete.
Chapter 3: Mounting Rear VESA Mount For the 15-inch touchmonitor , a four-hole 75x 75mm mounting pattern for M4 screws is provided on the rear of the monitor . Remove the stand using a Phillip s screwdriver to access this mounting interface. The VESA FDMI-compliant counting is coded: VESA MIS-B, 75, C.
