Ensure that the rotor control lever is move d to the “STOP” position before en gaging the PTO shaf t. 2. Allow the oil to circulate for a minute or so before operating the armhead levers.

Tractor br akes can be set to operate independ ently allowing single rear wheel braking action or locked to gether to provide simultaneo us rear wheel braking.

OPERA TION 9.4 Moving from the T ransport to the Work Position T o revert back to the working position, it is only necessary to place the flail head firmly on th e ground. Drive the tractor forward sufficiently to take the weight off the breakaway bar .

Cut the second time at desired height at 9 0 degrees to first pass. Remember , sharp blades produce cleaner cut s and use less power .
