Control Panel and Display Note: the buttons on the remote control have the same functionality as those on the main control panel x ON/OFF- this button turns the unit power on or off x TIMER- each time this button is p ressed, the digit in the middle of the dis play increments up by 1.
Unpacking and first using the unit x Carefully open the box(es) and take the unit out. Remove all packing/plastic bags, etc. x Set the unit upright x Plug the unit in x Open the water port and fill the unit with water.
Troubleshooting The air cooler is not functioning at all. x First, move the air cooler to another outlet, and test the outlet with a voltage tester or another appliance that is known to be non-defective. If the outlet is bad, contact an electrician and move the air cooler to another outlet.
