DETACHING AND ATTACHING THE FRONT PANEL 1 2 You can detach the front panel from the unit and carry it with you when you leave your car unattended. When you carry the front panel out of your car, use the supplied carrying case, I Press and hold MUTE for more than 2 seconds to turn the unit off.

TAPE PLAYBACK SOUNDADJUSTMENTS Switching modes When the unit is in Radio or CD Changer Play mode, inserting a cassette switches the unit to Tape Play mode automatically. To prevent tape problems Before inserting a cassette into the unit, make sure that there is no slack in the tape.
You can adjust the position of sound stage and tone balance to best serve a particular seat just by pressing DRV. DRV Press DRV to change the position of sound stage. CD CHANGER PLAY (CT-FX729M only) You can play discs with this unit by connecting the optional AIWA ADC-EX1 06, ADC-M60 CD changer. Make sure that the disc magazine loaded with the discs is inserted in the connected CD changer. To install the unit, refertotheseparate Installation and Connections manual.
Random play (ADC-EX106, ADC-M60 only) Press RANDOM (the “RANDOM” indication CONNECTING A appears). All the tracks on the current disc are played in PORTABLE CD/MD random order. To cancel Random play, press RANDOM again. PLAYER OR OTHER EQUIPMENT This unit is equipped with a line-level input (CD/ MD IN) jack, enabling high sound quality.
SETTING THE BEEP TONE The unit is preset at the factory to beep each time you press any button on the front panel except OPEN. You can stop beeping by following the procedure below. 1,3 1 2 3 2 With the unit off, press and hold SELfor more than 2 seconds.

Confirme que se han colocado discos en el magazin y que este se ha introducido en el cambiador de discos compactos conectado.
Reproduction aleatoria (solo en el ADC-EXI06, ADC-M60) Presione RANDOM (aparece la indication “RANDOM), Se reproduce alearoriamente todas Ias pistas del disco.
AJUSTE DEL TONO DEL TIMBRE AJUSTE DEL CONTROL DE CONTRASTE Este aparato se ajusto en fabrica para que suene un timbre cada vez que presione uno de Ios botones en el panel delantero excepto OPEN. Se puede cancelar el timbre con el siguiente procedimiento.
