9 9 If option al starter kill relay or its connecti ons ar e immediately visible upon r emoval o f the und er-d ash panel, they can easily be bypassed .
1 1 0 0 The i gnition wire is power ed when th e key is in the run or start positi on. This is because the i gnition wire powers the i gnition system (spark plugs, coil) as well as th e fuel delivery system (fuel pump, fuel injecti on computer).
1 1 1 1 An accessory wire will sh ow +12V when the k ey is in the accessory an d run positions . It will n ot show +12V durin g the cr anking cycle . Ther e will often be mor e than one accessory wir e in the igniti on harn ess. Th e correct accessory wire will power th e vehicle's climate con trol system.
1 1 2 2 The (+) parkin g light wir e is often f ound near th e switch. Man y cars have the switch built into th e turn si gnal lever , and in these cars th e parking li ght wire can be f ound in th e steering column. The sam e wire is often avail- able in the ki ck panel or running boar d.
1 1 3 3 Once you have d etermined the wir e color , the easiest place to conn ect to the wir e is often at the ki ck panel, at the win dshield pillar , or in th e running boar d . When an easy locati on is not available , running a wir e to the d ome- ligh t itself is often the best soluti on.

1 1 8 8 This input comes fr om the factory set to 2 activati on pulses. This m eans that it is necessary to have 2 con secu- tive groun d pulses on the white/blue wire f or the r emote start to activate or to deactivate .
1 1 9 9 Most vehi cles use negative door tri gger cir cuits. Connect th e green wir e to a wire which sh ows gr ound wh en any door is open ed. In vehicles with f actory delays on th e domeli ght cir cuit, there is usu ally a wir e that is unaffected by the d elay circuitry .
2 2 0 0 Remove an y paint and conn ect this wire to bar e metal, prefer ably with a factory bolt r ather than your own screw . (Screws ten d to either strip or loosen with time .) W e recomm end gr ounding all your compon ents, in cludin g the siren, to th e same point in th e vehicle .
I I M M P P O O R R T T A A N N T T ! ! Never use this wire to drive anything but a relay or a low-current input! The tran- sistorized output can only supply 200 mA of current. Connecting directly to a solenoid, motor, or other high-current device will cause it to fail.
2 2 2 2 This wire sen ds a negative pulse every time th e rem ote start shuts down or th e doors ar e locked. This can be used to pulse the arm wir e of the vehi cle's factory an ti-theft devi ce . Use a relay to sen d a (-) or (+) pulse to th e arm wire .
2 2 3 3 This wire sen ds a negative pulse every time th e rem ote start is activated or the doors ar e unlocked . This can be used to pulse the disarm wir e of the vehi cle's factory an ti-theft devi ce . Use a relay to sen d a (-) or (+) pulse to the disarm wir e as shown in the f ollowing di agrams .
2 2 4 4 Connect this wir e to the accessory wire in th e vehicle whi ch powers the climate con trol system. Connect this wir e to the igniti on wire in th e vehicle . Connect this wir e to the second i gnition/accessory wir e in the vehicle . (See selectable men u feature 2-9.
