Install Guide Model: MIL-4511H 3 Description of Hard ware The MIL-451 1H is a 24-port, 10BASE-T SNMP managed hub with a modular uplink port supporting 10BASE-T , 10BASE2, 10BASE-BASE-FL, or AUI connectivity , and an RS-232 port for out-of-band management.

Install Guide Model: MIL-4511H 6 Installation of the Interconnect Cab le The interconnect cable is used to connect multiple hubs in a stack. The connector at the end of the cable is a 6-wire, straight-thr ough, RJ-1 1 connector . Connect the interconnect cable into one of the Stack In/Out ports.
Install Guide Model: MIL-4511H 7 P ort Redundancy The port redundancy capability allows a workstation to be connected to two ports in the stack. The LinkSentry feature shuts of f out going link pulses on a port when incoming link pulses stop. This allows the MIL-451 1H to be used with a redundant port transceiver (MIL-300X).
