3 SAFETY INFORMA TION The 3M ™ Benchtop Air Ionizer 963E is designed to generate and deli ver a stream of ionized air . Its intended use is to neutralize e xcess static electricity buildup on electronic devices and w ork surfaces. It is meant to function as a stand alone device.
4 1.0 Description The 3M ™ Benchtop Air Ionizer 963E is a self-contained ionizing air b lo w er designed to remo ve static char ges from non-conducti ve objects. The proprietary circuitry contained in the blo w er generates balanced le vels of positi ve and negati ve ions.
5 5.0 Operation The three position rocker s witch on the front of the unit is the PO WER switch. The center switch position (mark ed O) is the OFF position. The upper and lo wer s witch positions (marked II and I) turn the unit on to HIGH and LO W fan speeds.
