4 SAFET Y PRACTICES T O A V OID PERSONAL INJURY Never st ore anything in the ov en. F lammable materials can catch fire , plastic items may melt or ignite and other types of items could be ruined or damage the interior surface of the appliance. Do not hang ar ticles on any part of the appliance or place anything against the o ven.

Below are some of the special features of y our new home appliance. Our oven c omes complete with 6 baking racks for a double o ven, and 3 bak ing racks for a single o ven.
6 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Y ou can use your new all electric wall oven in four c ook ing modes; bake, convection bake, convection r oast, and broil. On double models, both ov ens can be used for cooking at the same time in any specified cooking mode or modes, and you can use up to six ov en rack positions in each oven.
7 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS BAKE – in standard Bake mode , the bake element is on continuously (when t emperature is below set lev el) and the broil element is pulsed on and off (when t emperature is below set lev el).
8 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Bake) BAKE: T he Bake mode uses hot air; there is no fan. The air movement comes from natur al co nv ec tion. As the air heats, it moves to the t op of the oven. Standard Bake mode is still the best over all time-tested standard for the most desired baking results.
9 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Bake) During Prehea ting for Bake: T he hidden bake, hidden convection, and broil elements will operate as will the conv ection motor (upper oven only on WOS-227/230 Models. ) After preheat only the broil and hidden bake elements are used .
10 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Con v ec tion Bake) CO N V ECTION BAKE: Co nv ec tion Bake uses the fan at the back of the oven to cir culate the hot air in a co ntinuous pattern around the food f or more precise baking.
11 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Con v ec tion Bake) Selec ting Utensils f or Con vection Bake: Co ok ing by con vection does not require any specially designed baking utensil. Howev er , consider the material, the size and the shape of the utensil, as they will all affect the baking time, the palatability and the appearance of the finished product.
12 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Con v ec tion Roast) CO N V ECTION ROAST : If y ou pref er , you can roast meats more quickly using the Con vection Roast mode. Keep in mind that conv entional bake is best for less tender meats requiring a longer , moist heat method of cooking and for any meat cooked in a browning bag or c overed r oasting pans.
BROIL: Broiling is cooking by intense infrared heat supplied b y the broil elements. It is an extremely tasty way to prepare fatty type foods and healthier than frying. F oods suitable for Broiling: - Appetizers - Meats, marinated meats, steaks... - Poultry - F ish - T op Browning: C asseroles, Garlic T oast.
14 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Ov en Lights & Timers) TO SET TIMER 1 OR TIMER 2: Note: Timer 1 and Timer 2 do not turn the ov en on and off, they are simply timers . Their function is to alert you that the specified time has lapsed. To turn an oven On and Off y ou must use the Clock .
15 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Food P robe) USING THE FOOD PROBE: Y ou may use the food probe t o cook to the internal temper ature of a food product, for more precise cooking (upper oven only on double o ven). 1. Insert the tip of the food probe into the food .
16 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (T i m e d C o oking) USING TIMED COOKING Y ou can set the cooking time for the following modes: Bak e, Conv ection Bak e , or Co nv ec tion Roast.
17 OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS (Child Safety & User Options) USER OPTION: CHILD SAFET Y MODE T his mode will not allow heating in either o ven . Only the Clock, Timer 1 and Timer 2 will operate . This mode does not lock the doors. 1. Press and hold both the Stop Time and Co ok Tim e ke ys f or 3 seconds.
18 CAR E AN D M A INTENANCE OV EN DOOR REMOV AL: In the event the ov en door comes off track, or becomes misaligned, realignment can be achiev ed by following this simple procedure: Open the door and hold it all the way open.
19 CAR E AN D M A INTENANCE Harsh Cleaners which are commercial ov en cleaners, such as Easy Off ® or Dow ® can be used on the racks, but are not recommended f or use on the oven interiors. A dditionally , some commercial o ven cleaners cause darkening and discoloration.
20 CAR E AN D M A INTENANCE TO C L E A N THE C ONTROL P ANEL: U se paper tow els dampened with warm soapy water or glass cleaner sprayed ont o a towel or sponge to carefully wipe the control panel clean. Do not spray any cleaning solutions directly on the control panel or display window .
21 CLEANING Y O UR OVEN USING THE SELF CLEAN MODE: When the oven is set to the Clean mode, the ov en temperature will reach 850°F . This high t emperature will cause f ood grime to burn off and disintegrate to ash which is easily wiped clean.
22 CLEANING Y O UR OVEN momentarily display the stop time , then the delay star t time , and then it will revert back to clock time. Dela y will be displayed until the ov en star ts cleaning .

6 MODE D'EMPL OI V ous pouvez utiliser votre nouv eau four mural électrique dans quatre modes de cuisson; cuisson, cuisson par conv ection, rôtissage à conv ection et grillage.
7 MODE D'EMPL OI CUISSON – En mode de cuisson normale, l'élément de cuisson est constamment allumé (lorsque la température est inférieure au niv eau établi) et l'élément de grillage s'allume et s'éteint par impulsion (lorsque la température est inférieur e au niveau établi).
8 MODE D'EMPL OI (Cuisson) CUISSON : Le m o de de cuisson f onctionne à l'air chaud sans ventilateur . Le mouv ement d'air provient d'une conv ection naturelle : à mesure que l'air se réchauffe , il s'élève vers le plafond du four .
9 MODE D'EMPL OI (Cuisson) Durant le préchauffage a vant la cuisson : L'élément de cuisson dissimulé, l'élément de conv ection dissimulé et l'élément de grillage fonctionneront ainsi que le moteur à con vection (four supérieur seulement sur les modèles WOS-227/230).
10 MODE D'EMPL OI (Cuisson par c on vection) CUISSON P AR CONVECTION : La cuisson par conv ection utilise le ventilateur à l'arrière du four pour faire cir culer l'air chaud en continu autour des aliments afin d'assurer une cuisson plus précise .
11 MODE D'EMPL OI (Cuisson par c on vection) Sélection des ustensiles pour la cuisson par con vection : La cuisson par conv ection n'exige pas d'ustensiles de cuisson particuliers .
12 MODE D'EMPL OI (Rôtissage à con v ec tion) RÔTISSAGE À C ONVECTION : Si vous préférez, vous pouvez rôtir des viandes plus rapidement à l'aide du mode de rôtissage à co nv ection.
13 MODE D'EMPL OI (Grillage) GRIL : Le grillage est un type de cuisson qui emploie le chauffage par rayonnement infrar ouge intense procuré par les éléments de grillage. C'est une façon extrêmement savour euse de préparer des aliments gras et bien plus saine que la friture .
14 MODE D'EMPL OI (Lampes de four et minuteurs) POUR RÉGLER LE MINUTEUR 1 OU LE MINUTEUR 2 : Remarqu e : L es touches Timer 1 et Timer 2 ne servent pas à éteindre et allumer le four , ce so nt simplement des minuteurs. Ils ont pour fonction de vous alerter lorsque le délai spécifié s'est écoulé.
15 MODE D'EMPL OI (Sonde) UTILISA TION DE LA SONDE : Utilisez la sonde pour cuire les aliments selon leur température interne afin d'obtenir une cuisson plus précise (four supérieur seulement sur un four double). 1. Insérez l'ex trémité de la sonde dans les aliments.
16 MODE D'EMPL OI (Cuisson minutée) UTILISA TION DE LA CUISSON MINUTÉE V ous pouvez régler la durée de cuisson pour les modes suivants : cuisson, cuisson par co nv ec tion ou rôtissage à con vection. Seul un four à la fois peut êtr e minuté (sur un four double).
17 MODE D'EMPL OI (Sécurité pour enfant et Options de l'utilisateur) OPTION DE L'UTILISA TEUR : MODE DE SÉCURITÉ POUR ENF ANT Ce mode empêche les deux fours de chauffer .S euls Clock, Timer 1 et Timer 2 f onctionnent. Ce mode ne ve rrouille pas les por tes.
18 ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE RETRAIT DE LA PORTE DU FOUR : Si jamais la porte du four venait à se détraquer ou devenait mal alignée, remettez-la en place en suivant cett e procédure toute simple : ouvrez grand la porte. F ermez les verrous de charnière .
19 ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE Vo us pouvez utiliser sur les grilles des nettoy ants for ts c ommerciaux prévus pour les f ours, tels que Easy Off md ou Dow md .
20 ENTRETIEN ET MAINTENANCE POUR NET T O YER LE P ANNEAU DE C ONTRÔLE : Utilisez des serviettes en papier imbibées d'eau tiède savonneuse ou vaporisez un netto yant pour vitres sur une serviette ou une éponge pour essuyer soigneusement et nettoyer le panneau de contrôle .
21 NET T O Y A GE DU FOUR UTILISA TION DU MODE D'A UTONET- TOY AG E : L orsque le four est en mode d'aut onettoyage Clean ,l a température du four atteint 455 ° C (850 °F). Cette température élevée brûle la salissure et la désintègre sous forme de cendr es faciles à essuyer .
22 NET T O Y A GE DU FOUR Réglez le four à Clean t el que décrit plus haut. Appuyez sur Stop Time. Le f our affiche l'heure d'arrêt actuelle (commençant maintenant et se terminant après la période de nettoyage).
23 GARANTIE DURÉE DE LA GARANTIE Un (1) an , pièces et main-d'œuvre sur tout le produit. Dix (10) ans de garantie limitée sur le four en porc elaine et le panneau de por te intérieur en porcelaine. T out défaut esthétique doit être signalé dans les 30 jours après la date d'installation.
24 GARANTIE C ette garantie s'applique aux appar eils utilisés dans des applications résidentielles. Elle ne couvre pas les utilisations commerciales. C ette garantie c ouvre les produits achetés et utilisés dans les 50 états des États-Unis, le District de C olumbia et au Canada.
