2 INST ALLA TION AND EAR THING INSTR UCTIONS How to examine your microwave oven after unpacking. Unpack oven, remove all packing material, and examine the oven for any damage such as dents, broken door, latches or cracks in the door. Do not remove the film from inside the door.

6 A CCESSORIES This oven comes equipped with several accessories. They can be used in various ways to facilitate cooking. Be sure to follow specific directions for their use when given in charts or recipes in the cookbook. ■ Rotating base This fits over the shaft in the center of the oven ’ s cavity floor.
7 ■ CHILD LOCK To prevent child from operating the oven, install the childlock key. 1. Press button for 3 seconds. “ Loc ” will show in the display and all buttons do not operate. 2. Press stop button for 3 seconds once again, then childlock is canceled.
8 5. Four beeps will sound at the end of the cooking time. The indicator light will go off. The display panel will return to the time of day. The oven light will turn off and the turntable will stop turning. ■ TIME DEFROST SETTING THE CONTROLS 1. Press button twice.

11 ■ T O INTERRUPT THE COOKING CYCLE DURING OPERA TION-open the door or press stop/clear b utton. 1. The oven will immediately stop. 2. The cooling fan will run for 5 minutes. 3. If no further cooking required, press STOP/CLEAR button. 4. The time of day is displayed.
