The componen ts are SRAM memory cell and a nonvolatile QuantumTrap cell. The SRAM memory cell operates as a standard fast static RAM.

Clock accu racy depends on the quality of the crystal and calibration. The crystal oscillators typically have an error of + 20ppm to + 35ppm.
