4 Place the cheese in a Cuisinart ® Fo od Processor fitted with the metal blade. Pulse a few times, then process until the cheese is finely grated; reserve. With the machine running, add the garlic through the feed tube. Process until finely chopped.
5 ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1 ⁄ 3 recipe pizza dough 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil 8 ounces mozzarella, shredded Preheat the Cuisinart ™ Pizza Oven, fitted with the pizza stone, for 30 minutes. Coat the pizza mesh with cooking spray .
