1 759-04080 CRUISE CONTR OL KIT Introduction The cruise control kit is designed to allow t he tractor op- erator to ma intain a desired “foot free” f orward speed in areas where co nstant speed change s are not re- quired. The cruise control featur e can only be operated in the forwar d direction.
2 • Remove the dash pane l insert by removing the two screws and lifting the in sert out (S ee Figure 2) . • Locate the unused dash ha rness connecto r (with green(2), green w/white, r ed w/black, yello w w/ black, and viole t wires) inside the dash panel.

NOTE: Be cause of limited space between the p ed- al shaft plate an d frame, it may be easie r to install the hex jam nut from th e underside of th e tractor.
4 Setting The Cruise Control WARNING: Always use extreme c aution when operating the tr actor with the cruise control engag ed. Use good judge- ment and maintain a safe spe ed for the conditions of operation. NOTE: The cruise control feat ure can only be operat - ed in the fo rward direc tion.
