- 2 - Y ou ha ve just purchased a glass ceramic hob f eaturing halogen and radiant cooking zones . Y ou will no w be able to benefit from the f our assets of halogen cooking: • T op performance - The infrared radiation ensures the immediate transmission of heat.
- 3 - Hob description The hob is fitted with "Haloring" cooking zones with circular lamps and/or "Quickring" radiant cooking z ones. The "Haloring" cooking zone comprises a circular halogen lamp for the optimum distrib ution of the heat radiated.
- 4 - Cooking zone contr ol Halogen zones and radiant z ones are controlled by 12-position Mijotronic knobs to ensure the correct supply of energy according to time: the cooking z ones do not heat constantly , but r ather in pre-set sequences.
