5 FIGURE 5 STEP 4: (S EE FIGURE 4 ) • Assemble the hitch br ack et to the front tongue using two 3/8" x 1" he x bolts (B) and 3/8" he x nylock n uts (L). Tighten. • Assemble the leg stand br ack et to the front tongue using two 5/16" x 1" he x bolts (C) and 5/16" nyloc k nuts (K).
6 STEP 6: (S EE FIGURE 6 ) • Assemble an axle clip (S) and a wheel with the v alv e stem f acing out onto the axle. Assemble a hub cap (P) by pressing or tapping it onto the axle . Repeat on other end of axle. FIGURE 8 STEP 8: (S EE FIGURE 8 ) • Inser t two 1/4" x 1-3/4" he x bolts (D) through the handle tube as shown in fi gure 8.
7 STEP 9: (S EE FIGURE 9 ) • Align the holes in the handle with the holes in the bottom of the poly tra y , the latch stand plate and the latch stand brac ket. F asten together using f our 1/4" x 1-3/4" he x bolts (D), 1/4" fl at washers (I) and 1/4" nyloc k nuts (J).

9 USING AS A PUSH CART IMPORT ANT: Leav e the latch lock cle vis pin in place at all times while using the car t as a push car t. The clevis pin is shown in fi gure 1 on page 4. • T o conv er t the car t f or push operation, remov e the 4" long cle vis pin and hair pin cotter which secure the tongue in the towing position.
