RULES FOR SAFE OPERA TION • CORD SETS: Make sur e your cord set is in good condition. When using a cord set, be sur e to use a cord that is heavy enough to carry the current that your unit will draw . This is normal during the break-in period, and the interval between futur e adjustments will begin to lengthen quickly . Over a period of time, however , the moving parts of the saw chain will become worn, resulting in what is called chain stretch.
