Operation Y our Craftsman two-gallon wet/dry vac is assembled at the factory and ready for use when you remove it from the carton. The unit is ready for dry vacuuming or blowing. Remove filter bag off the filter cage. 3. Place the replacement filter on the filter cage until open end touches bottom of lid.
