- 5 - F olding the Str oller 1. Place the cro t ch b elt between the baby' s legs. 2. Inser t both wais t belt buckle s int o the mid- dle plas tic piece. 3. At tach each shoulder s tr ap' s ho ok to the to p of the waist belt clips. 4. T o adjust the harness or wais t b elt, loosen the slack on b oth sides of each buckle.
