5 Maintenance • About stainless steel - Stainless steel e xposed to prolonged periods of high heat will change color and texture . Coleman grills require little preheating. T exture and color change is normal on interior components and will not affect the operation or perf or mance of the product.
Grill Assembl y 1. Install drip tra y below front of grill. (Fig. 1). 2. Inser t tab on heat tent into slot in back br ack et of grill. (Fig. 2) 3. Inser t tab on bottom right side of heat shield to lock into slot on grill brac ket.(Fig. 3) 4. Install the remaining heat shield as shown (Fig.
Grill Assembl y continued 5. Slip center notch on grate o ver tab on inside of g r ill. (Fig. 5) 6. Push down on left side of g rate to lock into tab on left side of grill. (Fig. 6) 7. T ur n regulator v alve knob to OFF . (Fig. 7) 8. Push regulator onto fitting on right side of grill and tur n fitting clockwise until hand tight.
