If the system has been pr ogramm ed for P assive M ode , th e Failsafe ® Starter Kill will autom atically activate 30 secon ds after the i gniti on has been turn ed off.

T o e xit timer m od e , turn the i gniti on switch on any tim e the en gine is runnin g. The parkin g li ghts will flash 4 tim es, in di cating tim er mod e has been exited .
This featur e allows your system's rem ote start unit to be tem- por arily disabled to preven t the vehi cle fr om being r emote start- ed acci den tally . This feature is useful if th e vehi cle is being ser- vi ced or stored in an en closed area.
