3 English 1. INTR ODUCTION The interface adapter f or iP od ® by Clarion, EA1276, works by simulating iP od into the main unit. Thus, iP od f eatures can be controll ed through iP od Menu in the main unit. The main unit will be able to display Pla ylists, Ar tists, Albums, Songs, Genres, and Composers f or playbac k selection.
4 English 3. CONNECTION Please consult your nearest Clar ion dealer before attempting to connect EA1276 to your main unit and iP od. Improper connection might damage your main unit, EA1276 , iP od or your v ehicle wir ing.

Install the unit where there is no direct sunlight, awa y from vents or high moisture areas and aw ay from other vehicle electronic components.
