LP Cylinder Exchange Connecting Regulator to the LP Cylinder •Many retailers that sell grills offer you the option of replacing your empty LP cylinder through an exchange service. Use only those reputable exchange companies that inspect, precision fill, test and certify their cylinders.
Hold coupling nut and regulator as shown for proper connection to LP cylinder valve. Leak Testing Valves, Hose and Regulator 1.Turn all grill control knobs to OFF. 2.Be sure regulator is tightly connected to LP cylinder. 3.Completely open LP cylinder valve by turning hand wheel counterclockwise.
For Safe Use of Your Grill and to Avoid Serious injury: • Do not let children operate or play near grill. • Keep grill area clear and free from materials that burn. • Do not block holes in sides or back of grill. • Check burner flames regularly.
Ignitor Lighting (continued) 8. For grills equipped with ELECTRONIC IGNITION at each burner: Repeat steps 4 through 6 to light each burner. 9. Once each burner has ignited, turn knobs to desired setting. Turn controls and gas source or tank OFF when not in use.

" Place bottom shelf between side panels with cut out holefor LPcylinderon left. Attach to left and right side panels with (4) 1/4"-20x2-3/8" machine screws and 1/4"-20 flange nuts at front, and (2) 1/4"-20x2-3/8"machine screws and 1/4"-20 flange nuts at rear.
" Hook tank exclusion wires onto the metal taps on lower back panel, attach other ends tobottom shelf with #8-32x3/8" sheet metal screws, #8-32x3/8" Sheet MetalScrews Qty.
@ @ Turn assembly upside down. Insert Bent U Pin into the caster mounting plate to lock it in place,Shown A. Spin the caster clockwise into the threadson the bottom shelfuntil secure. Remove the Bent U Pin and repeat for remaining casters. Makesure the two lockingcastersare securedat the rearand the non-locking castersare securedat the front.
+ Stand cart upright. + This step requires two peopleto lift and positiongrill headonto cart. " Carefully lower the grill headonto the cart. Make sure the regulator hose is hanging outsidethe cart.
• Attach towelbar to right side shelfwith 1/4-20x1/2" Screws, 7ram lock washers and 7ram flat washers (A). " Hookside wall of shelf over supportbrackets on side of firebox(B). " Inside fireboxattach right side shelfwith (3) 7ram fire washers and 1/4-20x1/2" screws, as shown(C).
" Hookside wall of sideburner shelfover supportbrackets on side of firebox(A). " Inside fireboxattach sideburner shelfwith (3) 7ram fire washers and 1/4-20x1/2" screws, as shown(B). At back of firebox, attach the sidebumer shelfwith (1) 7ram fire washer and 1/4-20x1/2" screw, as shown(A).
" Attach sideburner bezel and valvewith #8-32x3/8"SS screws (A). " Place sideburner into shelf. Makesure valve is inside sideburner tube.Attach sideburner with #8-32wing nut (B). Hookventuri clip to sideburner tube and aroundmanifold. Attach sideburner ignitor wire (C).
• Attach handleto doorwith #10-24x1/2"machine screws, 5ram flat washers and 5ram lock washers (A) • Insert hinge pinon bottom shelf into holein door. Pressupperhinge pin in front door brace,align hingeholeon top of door, and release hingepin into door.
" Place heat tents over tube burners by inserting tabs into slots in front of firebox. Opposite ends of heat tents rest on pins in back of firebox. NOTE: There is no heat tent over bar burner. " Place cooking gratesonto grate rests. " Insert ends of Warming Rack pivotwire into holes in sides of gril lid.
• Attach the heat shield to grease traywith #8-32x3/8"sheet metal screws (A). " Place grease paninto grease tray, then place the tray into the cart (B).
EIVlERGENCIIES= if a gas leak cannot be stopped, or a fire occurs due to gas leakage, call the fire department. Gas leaking from cracked/cut/burned hose. Gas leaking from LP cylinder. Gas leaking from LP cylinder valve. Gas leaking between LP cylinder and regulator connection.
