If your telephone system r equir es a prefix such as a 9 to dial out, then you will need to pr ogram your Receiv er to use this pr efix in order for it to successfull y retriev e pictur es.

Adjusting your Receiv er’ s automatic on and off times ma y be done by logging into your account at www .ceiva.com, and selecting the Settings option.
