Principles of use, fir st use & cooling fan no t e First use Remove all objects fr om the oven ca vity and, if necessary , any sticker s and protectiv e sheets placed on the appliance. Clean and dry the contr ol panel, the drip pan, the shelf and the steam generator using a mild det ergent.
Using your ov en T o use the touch contr ol, simply touch the ball of the finger on the k ey. Ther e is no need to press the k eys. The Contr ol Panel and Displa y Fig.
Ov en Ac cessories Y our steam oven is supplied with a full stainless st eel steam cooking set (Fig. 4), consisting thr ee separate sections: 1 . Pierc ed stainless steel cooking dish. Select steam cooking by touc hing the Steam C ooking key. The C ooking Duration display and C ooking Duration symbol will flash 2.

Set the time r equired by t ouching the or keys. The steam cooking function has a pr eset time of 25 minutes, and the range of time is 5 t o 60 minutes.
