5 Step 3 — Locate Unit — The following guidelines should be considered when choosing a location for a WSHP: • Units are for indoor use only . • Locate in areas where ambient temperatures are between 4.4 C and 37.8 C and relative humidity is no greater than 75%.
6 EX I S TI N G DU C T S YS T E M — If the unit is connected to existing ductwork, consider the following: • V erify that the ex isting duct s have th e proper capacity to handle the unit airflow . If the ductwork i s too small, larger ductwork should be installed.
7 7. Mount motor , motor sheave, blower sheave and belt. Make sure wire s are not pi nched and not over sharp edg- es. Adjust motor downward to tighten belt. Raise or lower motor slide assembly with adjusting bolt and retighten the 2 slide nuts. Check for correct tension.

9 Determine percent voltage imbalance. = 0.95% This amount of phase imbalance is satisfactory as it is below the maximum allowable 2%. Operation on improper line voltage or excessive phase imbalance constitutes abuse and may cause damage to electri- cal components.

15 Step 10 — Install Field Contr ol Wiring TH E R M OS T A T C O N N EC T I O N S — The thermostat should be wired directly to the Aquazone™ control board. See Fig. 18 and 19. The thermostat should be located on an interior wall in a larger room, away from supply duct drafts.
16 PRE-ST ART -UP System Chec kout — When the installation is complete, follow the system checkout procedure outlined below before starting up the system. Be sure: 1. V oltage is within the utilizati on range specifications of the unit compressor and fan moto r and voltage is balanced for 3-phase units.

If OVR input becomes active, then the Deluxe D control will enter Night Low Limit (NLL) staged heating mode.
