4 LEVEL UNIT To provide adequate condensate drainage and prop er door alignment and operation of unit, the unit cabinet must be level. Leveling feet are fa ctory installed. Remove refrigeration system cartridge for easier access to back feet. TO REMOVE CA R TRIDGE 1.
5 INST ALL SHEL VES Product shelv es and a bag containing s helf support clips are packed inside the unit. Refer to Table 1 to verify quantity of shelves and shelf supporting clips. Bottom shelf must be placed on interior floor and should be inserted into the two retainer clips provided at the rear corners of the unit floor.
6 ST AR T -UP PRELIMINAR Y CHECKS BI-PIN FLUORESCENT LAMP INST ALLA TION/ VERIFICA TION — Before applying power to the unit, verify that all lamp s have been properly installed and are fully enga ged in the la mp holders. Size s 750L, 1100L, and 1300L have 2 lamps, one in the signboard and one inside the cooler.
7 ELECTRICAL SUPPL Y AND CONNECTIONS — Check to be sure that the el ectrical service to the unit meets all local and na tional electrical codes. Unit elec- trical data is shown in the un it data label, located on the inside of the cabinet in the upper lefthand corner.
8 REFRIGERA TION SYSTEM SER VICE COMPONENTS The Carrier Miracool™ refrig eration system consists of a hermetically seal ed compressor and f inned evapo- rator and condenser coils. CONDENSER — The condenser has wide finned spaces, which a llow more air pass age with less di rt or dust accumulation.
9 EV APORA TOR COMP AR TMENT (Interior top area ) — All serviceable parts are di rect ly accessible from the top of the cartridge compartment. COMPRESSOR COMP ARTMENT (Bottom rear area) — Access to compre ssor compartment requires removal of the side panel of the cartridge.
