6. 4. COFFEE BEANS AND THE BUIL T -IN BURR GRINDER Grinding the beans just before br ewing will maximize the flavor and ar oma of your cof fee. Conical burr grinders are consider ed the best way of grinding beans. The slower grinding speed of the conical burrs creates less heat thus pr eserving more ar oma of the ground cof fee.
7. • Never grind into the GoldT one filter unless it is empty of previously used cof fee grounds. • Never operate the machine when the feeder channel cover is removed.
Important: • CoffeeTEAM GS (glass carafe): when br ewing, always have the lid in place. • Let some water brew thr ough the machine without any coffee as follows. • Plug in machine and make sure the GoldT one filter and filter insert are in place.
g) Strength Setting: the “AROMA” button. Please note: the CoffeeTEAM lets you set two dif ferent “Ar oma” settings: one for immediate use and one for Auto-On use. The display shows the “middle” bean (default setting). Y ou can select a lighter or darker bean by pushing the “AROMA” button.

Return the carafe to the heating platform. • The CoffeeTEAM GS will keep the cof fee hot for two hours after brewing. Then the ON/OFF light will turn off, indicating that the heating element is turned off.
