You can operate the camcorder remotel y via Wi-Fi Remote, a Web browser app lication that can be accessed using the Web browser*1 of devices compat ible with Wi-Fi networks* 2.

Remote Operation Using Wi-Fi Remote Recording movies Press [LIVE VIEW ON/OFF] to show the camcorders liv e view image on the Wi- Fi Remote screen. Press [START/STO P] to begin recording.
Adjusting the exposure compensati on value Touch . Press the exp osure compensation valu e button. The exposure c ompensation screen will appear. Select the desired e xposure compensati on value. The selected valu e will be disp layed on the Wi-Fi Remote scre en and will be appli ed to the camcorder.
Adjusting the whit e balance Press the white bal ance mode button. If you selected [ K ]: Press the color temperature and then s elect the desir ed value from the lis t. The selected valu e will be disp layed on the Wi-Fi Remote scre en and will be appli ed to the camcorder.
Press [ ]. If a custom whit e balance has not ye t been stored, [ ] will flash slowly. During the procedure , [ ] will flash quickly. When it st ops flashing, the pr ocedure is comple ted and the setting will b e applied to the camc order. Adjusting the apertur e Press the aperture button.
[ + ] button: open the aperture in 1 /4-stop increments. Onscreen displa ys will show the closest 1/3-stop aperture valu e. The selected valu e will be disp layed on the Wi-Fi Remote scre en and will be appli ed to the camcorder. Adjusting the gain Press the gain but ton.
Adjusting the shutt er speed Press the shutter speed button. The available shutt er speed values will appear. Select the desired shu tter speed valu e. The selected valu e will be disp layed on the Wi-Fi Remote scre en and will be appli ed to the camcorder.
Press one of the con trols on the [NEAR] sid e [ ], [ ], [ ] to focus closer, or one of th e controls on the [FA R] side [ ], [ ], [ ] to focus farther away. There are three l evels of adjustmen t - [ ] / [ ] is the s mallest, [ ] / [ ] is mediu m, and [ ] / [ ] is the largest.
