Step Five Select the access point n ame, then press the OK button. NOTE : If you are livin g in an apartment, nearby access points in use may be detected. Step Six When one of the following screens is displayed, enter the network key using the Nu meric buttons (E), then press the OK button.
Step Eight When the connected to the access point screen ap pears, press the OK button. The S etup menu screen returns. NOTE: If Failed to connect to the access point . appears, press the OK button, make sure that the network key is correct, then enter it again.
Step One insert the Setup CD-ROM into the CD -ROM drive. If the program does not start automatically , double-click the CD -ROM icon in Compu ter orMy Computer, then d oubleclick MSETUP4.EXE. For W indows 7/Windows Vista: Click Run Msetup4.exe on the AutoPlay screen, the n clic k Yes or Continue on th e User Account Control dialog box.

Step Seven Click Next if the Please Allow All Install Wizard Processes appears Step Eight Click Next on th e Printer Detection screen 12 Ins talling the Driver s and Softw are <<Previous Next>.
Step Nine Turn on the printer and click OK Step T en When the Detected Printers List app ears, sele ct Can on MX420 ser ies Then click Next . 13 Ins talling the Driver s and Softw are <<Previous.
Step Eleven Click Complete or OK on the Setup Completion screen. Your device an d software h ave now been set up. Please follow any remaini ng On -screen instructions to fin ish and exit.
