F ollow this procedure to connect the po wer cord: The F AX has no power s witch, so its power is on as long as it is plugged in. Once connected, though, the unit still needs time to warm up before y ou can use it.

6-2 Speed Dialling Chapter 6 What is Speed Dialling? Instead of having to dial a f ax or telephone number using regular dialling (i.e. with the numeric buttons), y ou can simplify the dialling procedure by registering the f ax/telephone number f or speed dialling.

Y ou can then send to all the fax n umbers in the group in one quic k and simple operation.

7-14 Sending F axes Chapter 7 Delayed Sending Y our F AX allows you to scan a document into its memory and send it automatically to as many as 125 f ax numbers at a preset time within the ne xt 24 hours. This is called Dela yed sending or Timer sending .
