3 GENERAL INFORMA T ION The Fantasea FA-480 Housing Fantasea has specially desi gned the FA-480 housing for the Canon PowerShot A4 80 digital camera. This housing is ideal fo r outdoor and underwater photog raphers who enjoy the camera’s automatic exposure featur es for capturing fast act ion pictures eas ily and creatively.
4 Top / Front Side of Housi ng Numbered descriptions belo w re fer to corresponding numb ers on the above graphic. 1 . Shutter Release This is a two stage shutter-r elease butt on. Firs t lig htly press the shu tter-release button halfway, stopping when you f eel minima l re sistan ce.
5 4 . Th reade d L ens Po rt The Fantasea FA-4 80 features a threaded 46mm len s port. This threaded port is designed to work with some of the lens ac c ess ories that are curre ntly on the market.

Pressing the left zoom button w ill zoom out from your subject, m aking it appear smaller.

10 1. Mount the cam era on the rem ovable tray, usi ng the trip od screw. 2. Slide the tray and cam era into the housing tray slot. Make sure it is completely inserted. 3. Make s ure the cam era lens is m ore or less cent ered in the rounded port area an d that the le ns does not distort the round b lack rubber seat.

17 CAMERA POWER SAVING You can access th e camera's menu to select di ffe rent power saving options. In order to do this, enter the Setup Menu, select Power Saving , activate the “A uto P ower Down” functio n and select the inactivity period before t he L CD turns off.
