3. Setup Wireless Router Conf igurations via Web Brow ser The Wireless Router comes with a web-based configuration utility. Users can access this configuration utility from any of client system within Wireless R outer’s LAN. For best results, either use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.
3.2 Setup Wizard This Setup Wizard will guide you to configure ac cess for the first time. Please foll ow the setup wizard step by step. Depend on different modes, the setup wizard will be different.

(6) Wireless Security: This page allows you setup the wirel ess security. Turn on WEP or WPA by using Encryption Keys could prev ent any unauthori zed access to your wireless network. 3.2.2 Bridge 21 (1) Setup Operation Mode – Bridge: In this mode, all Ethernet ports and wi reless interface are bridged together and NAT function is disabl ed.

3.3 Operation Mode You can setup different modes to LAN and WLA N interface for NAT and bridging function. Gateway: In this mode, the device is supposed to co nnect to internet via ADSL/Cable Mode m. The NAT is enabled and PCs in LAN ports share the same IP to S|ISP through WAN port.

3.4.4 Access Control If you choose “Allowed List ed”, only those clients whose wireless MAC addresses a re in the access control list will be able to connect to your AP Router. When “Deny Listed” is selected , these wireless clients on the lust w ill not be able to connect the AP Router.
3.4.6 Site Survey This page provides tool to scan the wireless network. If any AP Router or IBSS is found, you could choose to conne ct it manually when client mode is enabled. 3.4.7 WPS This page allows you to change the setting fo r WPS (Wi-Fi Protected Setup).

3.6.5 URL Filtering URL filter is used to deny LAN users from a ccessing the internet. Block those URLs which contain keyword s listed below. 3.6.6 DMZ A Demilitarized Zone is used to provide Inte rnet service without sacrificing unauthorized access to its local privat e net work.
3.6.7 QoS Use this section to configure Realtek's QoS. The QoS settings i mprove your online gaming experience by ensuring that your game traffic is pr ioritized over other network traffic, such as FTP or Web.
How to setup your QoS: 1. In QoS Setup Section, Enable QoS feature. 2. Choose Uplink Speed: “ Automatic ” or “ Manual ” 3. Configure QoS Rules – Name, Priority (1~2 55, 1 is hi ghest), Protocol, Local IP range, Local Port Range, Remote IP Range, and Remote Port Rang e.

3.7.7 Save/Reload Setting This page allows you save curre nt settings to a file or reload the settings from the file which was saved previously. Besides, you could reset the cu rrent configuration to factory default. 3.7.8 Password This page is used to set the account to acce ss the web server of AP Router.
3.8 Logout This page is used to logout WLAN AP Web server. Click “ Apply Chan ge ” button to logout the webserver. And then, you will see the below screen: 45.
