ENG-5 To shoot in autof ocus (AF) mode, set the f ocus mode switch to AF . To use only manual f ocusing (MF), set the f ocus mode switch to MF , and focus b y turning the f ocusing ring. The f ocusing ring alwa ys works, regardless of the focus mode .
ENG-6 5. Adjusting Zooming Resistance Y ou can adjust the zooming “touch” (resistance) as needed by holding the f ocusing ring in place and turning the adjustment r ing. Tu rn the adjustment ring towards the word SMOO TH to reduce the zooming touch, or tow ards TIGHT to increase it.
ENG-7 When you press the shutter b utton halfw ay , the Image Stabilizer will start operating. • Make sure the image in the viewfinder is stab le, then press the shutter button the rest of the wa y down to tak e the picture. 6. Ima ge Stabilizer Settings Y ou can use the image stabilizer in AF or MF mode .
