NOTICE: Be careful and do not set the Grill Body on the Manifold Extension. Bending or damaging this connection can make the grill unusable. •Remove The contents from the grill. •Remove all packing materials from •Use the Packing Blocks to support the grill until ready to assemble.
7 •With Base upside down, screw Caster Assembly (Item 28) into Caster mounting hole. Rotate clockwise to tighten. •Place Base right side up. place with 2 M6 X15 bolts as shown. No nuts are required. •Assemble other half of Pedestal to Base. (Item 37) M6 X 15mm Actual Size 6 Pcs.
8 STEP 3 - Assemble the Grill Body •Place Body on Pedestal. Caution: Do not leave grill unattended until bolts are secured. •Attach Cylinder Retaining Wire (Item 26) through hole in back of Pedestal as shown in detail. Step 2 - Continued •Make sure contents of grill have been removed for easy lifting.
9 •From the inside of the grill, secure Body to Pedestal using 4 M6 X 15 screws through the holes as shown above in Fig. A , securing with 4 M6 nuts from below as shown to the right in Fig. B . Caution: Do not leave grill unattended until bolts are secured.
•Place Foil Pan (Item 32) in Grease Tray (Item 33) and slide Grease Tray all the way into brackets. STEP 5 - Install Grease Tray •With Handle (Item 2) positioned as shown, place felt Handle Spacer (Item 4) between Handle and Hood, then insert locating pin into top holes of Spacer and Hood.

13 COOKING GRIDS CERAMIC BRIQUETTES TRAYS STEP 8 - INSTALL CERAMIC BRIQUETTE TRAYS/ COOKING GRIDS •Remove plastic completely from two Ceramic Briquette Trays (Item 36). Place Briquette Trays side by side on middle shoulder of front and rear firewall over the Burners.
14 Step 10 - LEAK TESTING (TO BE PERFORMED IN A WELL-VENTILATED AREA) Supplies Needed for a Leak Test Clean paint brush, water, and dishwashing liquid detergent. How to perform a leak test Warning! Never use an open flame to test for gas leaks. 1) Mix one cup of water with one cup of dishwashing liquid detergent.
15 OPERATING AND MAINTAINING YOUR GAS GRILL GAS, CYLINDER, HOSE AND REGULATOR INFORMATION This LP gas grill was designed to use propane gas. Propane cylinders will supply gas all year round, even on cold winter days.
16 How to Connect your LP gas cylinder (See STEP 9 of Assembly Instructions for diagram) 1) Make sure all of the control panel knobs are turned to the “off” position and verify that the LP gas cylinder valve is closed by turning the handle on the LP gas cylinder valve clockwise until it stops.
17 · Always perform a leak test before each use. · Leak test must be performed in a well ventilated area. · Never perform a leak test on a grill while in use or hot. · If you detect a gas leak that cannot be corrected by using the leak test procedures below, do not use the LP gas grill.
· Wash the porcelain coated Cooking Grids with a mixture of hot water and soap. · Empty the foil pan and grease tray after each cook - ing session so excessive grease does not accumulate. Failure to remove grease may result in grease dripping onto the cart and/or a grease fire in the tray.
· Open Hood before lighting the grill to prevent an explosion from gas build-up. · Always inspect the gas hose and regulator assembly before each use. If the hose is cut, damaged, or showing signs of excessive abrasion or wear, do not use the LP gas grill.
Your burners have been preset by the manufacturer for optimal flame performance. A blue flame, possibly with a small yellow tip, is the result of the optimal air and LP gas mixture.
Regularly clean your LP gas grill between uses and espe - cially after extended periods of storage. Ensure the grill and its components are cool before cleaning.
