7 CAMER A P ARTS The camera is powered by tw o AAA alkaline, lithium, or NiMh ba tteries (not 1. included). I nser t batteries into the compartment, with the springs in c ontac t with the negative (at) end of each batter y . A power meter on the low er right of the display indicat es batter y condition.
8 The I mageView will imprint the date and time in the bottom right corner of your photos . T o set the correct date and time, after turning on the camera, press and hold both the MODE and SNAP buttons a t the same time, until the displa y begins to ash.
9 Mode Ic on/T ext S ettings Description Video Video Camera OFF , ON Selec t "ON" instead of "OFF" to put the camera in video mode. W ait several sec onds for the camer a to automatically return to the normal display , then begin shooting by pressing SNAP .

12 The camera will be rec ognized as a USB mass storage device (if it is set to "ST O" 1. and not "PC"), which means no special drivers are requir ed for all operating systems later than Windows 98 (Me, 2000, XP , Vista.) Mac OS 9 and OSX are also compatible .
