Burley Hitch Alt Adapter The Burley Hi tch Alt Adapt er enables use of the standard hit ch on bicyc le frames who se dropout s prevent normal instal lation of the hitch. The A dapter replaces your non-drive (lef t) side axle nut and allows the hitch to be installed without interfering with the dropou t.
Solid Axle Adapter Installation Remove non-drive (left) side axle nut an d retain. If your hub uses n on-turn washers, these shou ld remain on the axle. Check exposed axle length by placing Adapter a gainst the dropout (or non-turn wash er, if present).
