4 Burley Nomad Owner’s Instruction and Safety Manual Once the wheels are fully seated in the hollow axle , the quick-release lav er should be positioned so that it is aimed to the rear of the trailer in the “CL OSED” position (the lever is marked for OPEN or CL OSED positions).

Lay the cov er over the side rails so that it is right side out and orient ed so the end with “Burley” and “Nomad” is at the front of the tr ailer .
