If your network is not configured to need an encryption code, the display should show Connecting to network , then Network OK .

Putting the radio into standby mode If you are not using the r adio for an extended period, you can conser ve the radio power by putting it int o standby mode.

Press and r elease one of the preset buttons (1 to 6), f or the station you want. T o play a station assigned to one of the presets, 7 to 12, pr ess SHIFT followed by the pr eset button.

T urn the tuning dial to choose the progr am you want and press Select . The selected progr amme will either star t playing, or the display may show a list of days for you to choose fr om.

Internet Radio – New Style – E dition 5 – 21.09.06 – 7690 The Media Player allows you to play the following types of audio files: AAC, A U, MP3, RM, W A V , WMA and playlists (M3U) stored on a network ed PC. It has been verified to work on Windows 2000 and Windows XP .
19 Internet Radio – New Style – E dition 5 – 21.09.06 – 7690 Ensure your PC is connected to the same access point/subnet as your Radio. Then make a note of your PC network name by right clicking on ‘My Computer’, clicking on ‘Properties’ going int o ‘Computer Name’ (f or Windows XP).

The track will begin playing. Listening to a complete shared album 1. T urn the tuning dial until By Artist is displayed and press Select .
22 Internet Radio – New Style – E dition 5 – 21.09.06 – 7690 Controlling playback • Press 1/Stop to stop playback. • Press 3/P ause Play t o either pause a currently playing tr ack or to restart a currently paused track/stopped tr ack. • Press 2/Prev T r ack to star t playback of the previous tr ack in the queue.
