7. Place the handset in the charger and charge the handset for at least 16 hours. The B T Diverse 6200 additional handset comes pre- registered to the corded telephone base, so once the handset has been fully charged, it is ready for use. If you purchase any further additional handsets you will need to register them.

Copy to or from a SIM card 1. Insert the SIM card into the SIM READER slot on the B T Diverse 6350 corded telephone. 2. Press NAMES then OPTIONS . 3. Scroll DOWN to SIM COPY and press OK . 4. Enter the SIM Card PIN and press OK . The screen displays SIM TO PHONE/PHONE TO SIM .

Put a caller on hold and call another handset If music on hold is switched on, see page 55 , your caller will hear musical tones while they are on hold. 1. During an external call, press . Y our caller is put on hold. 2. The other handset will ring. If you have more handsets, select the handset number you want to call and press OK .

Call Waiting On Call W aiting lets you know if another person is trying to contact you whilst on a call. If a second caller rings you will hear a beep in the handset. When you delete a template it is shown on the screen as EMPTY. Edit SMS templates Y ou can overwrite the existing templates with your own messages, up to 32 characters long. 1. Press MENU , SMS MESSAGES is highlighted, press OK and scroll DOWN to TEMPLATES and press OK .

All items of equipment have a Ringer Equivalence Number (REN) which is used to calculate the number of items that may be connected to any one telephone line.
