Install Flanges for Ductwork Connections (564A/764A060 only) The size 060 units are shipped with flanges which must be field-installed on the unit. T o install unit flanges: 1. Five pieces of flange are shipped on the return air open- ing of the unit.

Route thermostat wires through grommet providing a drip loop at the panel. Connect low-voltage leads to the thermo- stat as shown in Fig. 16. The unit transformer supplies 24-v power for complete system including accessory electrical heater . T ransformer is factory wired for 230-v operation.

Proceed as follows to inspect and prepare the unit for initial start-up: 1. Remove all access panels. 2. Read and follow instructions on all W ARNING, CAU- TION, and INFORMA TION labels attached to, or shipped with, unit. 3. Make the following inspections: a.
C. Unit Controls Compressor High-Pressure Relief V alve — V alve is located in compressor . Relief valve opens at a pressure dif ferential of approximately 450 psi between suction (low side) and discharge (high side) to allow pressure equalization.

IV . ELECTRICAL CONTROLS AND WIRING Inspect and check the electrical controls and wiring an- nually . Be sure to turn of f all electrical power to the unit. Remove the control, evaporator fan, and compressor compart- ment access panels to locate all the electrical controls and wiring.
