Chapter 1 2 Beep er Vol ume 1 When th e beeper is on, the machine wil l make a sound when y ou press the Touchs creen or Touchpan el, make a mist ake, or af ter y ou send or receive a fax. You can choos e a range of sound volume leve ls, fr om High to Off .
General setup 3 1 Automatic Daylight Saving Time 1 You can set the m achi ne to change automatical ly for Dayl ight S aving Tim e. It will reset i tself f orward one hour in the Spring and backward one h our in the Fall. Make sure you have set the correc t date and time in the Date & Time setti ng.

42 7 Copy options 7 You can change t he copy set tings for the nex t copy. These s ettings are tempor ary. The machine retur ns to its default settings one minute after cop y ing. To change a sett ing, press Copy , Options and t hen press s or t o n the Tou c hpanel t o scroll through t he cop y settings .
