STEP 1. Place Filter Bowl Surr ound on top of the Motor Base. STEP 2. Align the arr ows on the filter basket with the arr ows on the motor drive c oupling and push down until it clicks into place. Ensur e the Stainl ess Steel Filter Bask et is fitted securel y inside the Filter Bowl Surr ound and onto the Motor Base.

ASSEMBLING YOUR BREVILLE JUICE F OUNT AIN c ont’d 9 Continue to slide the food pusher down the f eed chute. STEP 6. Place the Pulp Container into position by tilting slightly . Hint: To minimize washing up we suggest you place a plastic fr eezer bag (or plastic gr ocery bag) into the pulp c ontainer to c oll ect the pulp.
STEP 1. W ash your sel ection of fruit and vegetabl es r eady for juicing. STEP 2. Ensur e the Juice F ountain is correctl y assembl ed. Ensur e the stainl ess st eel filter is thor oughly cl eaned befor e each use (ref er to ca re and cleaning on page 14).
STEP 4. With the motor running, place f ood into the F eed Chute. Using the F ood Pusher, gently guide food down the F eed Chute. T o extract the maximum amount of juice, al ways push the F ood Pusher down slowl y . STEP 5. Juice will fl ow into the juice jug and the separated pulp will ac cumulate in the Pulp Container .
STEP 1. T urn Juice Fount ain Pr ofes sional "Off" at the power outlet and unplug. STEP 2. Remove the Pulp Container by holding the handle and piv oting the bottom of the pulp c ontainer away fr om the juicer .
STEP 6. To r emove Stainl ess Steel Filter Basket, hold base of juicer and turn Filter Bowl Surr ound by the juice spout. STEP 7. Lift off the Filter Bowl Surr ound with the Stainl ess Steel Filter Bask et still in place.
• F or easy cleaning - immediat ely after each use rinse r emovabl e parts under running water (to r emove wet pulp). Allow parts to air dry . • After disassembling the unit (see page 12) all r emovabl e parts may be washed in hot soapy water .
• Discol ouration of the plastic may oc cur with str ongly c olour ed fruit and v egetabl es. T o help pr event this, wash parts immediately aft er use. • If discol ouration does occur, the plas tic parts can be soak ed in 10% lemon juic e and water or they can be cl eaned with a non abrasive cl eaner .
