7 1 . Install batt eries b y unscrewing the BA TTERY COMP ARTMENT COVER (28) counterclockwise and remove, exposing the BA TTERY HOLDER (26) . Inser t two f re s h AA ALKALINE BA TTERIES (27) , o b s e r v i n g t h e c o r re c t p o l a r i t y, a nd s cre w the cov er back on to the micr ophon e.
8 1 . Open the BA TTER Y DOOR (3 0) by pull ing on side tab s and swingi ng t he lid op en. I nser t tw o fresh AAA ALKALINE BATTERIES into t he BA TTERY COMP ARTMENT (31) , obser ving the cor rect polar ity .
