Intr oduction The Bogen Enhancer is an infrared wir eless microphone system offering pr ofessional performance and operating featur es. Infrared transmission is used to reduce r oom-to-room interfer ence while sending a sig- nal fr om a presenter’ s micr ophone to a dual-channel r eceiv er .

BCWR Receiv er POWER INPUT 16V AC Connecting the Audio Output The BCWR Receiver pr ovides an unbalanced, line-lev el mix ed output to the RCA Jack (3) . This can be connected to a mix er or a P .A. system using the supplied RCA to RC A audio cable . The audio of both Channels A and B ar e mix ed together at this output.
BCIRS Infrar ed (IR) Sensors Operation The IR Sensors act as "antennae" for y our infrar ed wireless micr ophone system. A multiple ar ra y of wide-angle IR-sensitive LEDs (behind the fr ont panel receptors) r eceive the infrared signal emitted by y our IR T ransmitter .
T ransmitter Setup Slide down the Battery Compar tment Co ver ( 1 ) , as shown, exposing the batter y compar tment. Insert 2 fresh AA alkaline batter- ies or the optional BCBRBP Batter y Pack NiMH rechargeable batter- ies while obser ving the corr ect polarity as mark ed.
8 BCHM Headset Micr ophone Operation a. The BCHM is pr ovided with a 3.5mm Locking Connector ( 1 ) for connecting the microphone to the BCWBT T ransmitter . Plug in the microphone’ s connec- tor and secure the connection b y turning the metal slip ring clockwise to thread it on the jack.
