OPERA TING PRINCIPLE The water is heated in the jug. The steam generated forces the water through the riser tube and into the funnel. The gentle heating of the ground cof fee enhances the cof fee’s beneficial qualities. The cof fee is brewed at the ideal temperatur e and develops its full aroma.
