OVERVIEW The SuperTooth II is equipped with Bluetooth Technology and a Digital Signal Processor which allow wireless communica tions on devices such as Mobile phones, Smartphones and PDA’s. It is designed to be a totally portable wireless handsfree kit which will enable the user to communicate freely without holding a phone.

GETTING STARTED VEHICLE PLACEMENT The optimum place to position the Supertooth II in the vehicle is on the sun visor. The Supertooth II sun visor clip is designed to be re versible to easily transfer the Handsfree Kit in case you change the position of the sun visor.
CHARGING THE SUPERTOOTH II SuperTooth II can be charged in a car using the SuperTooth II Ca r Charger or a t home using the Wall charger. 1. Connect the charger’s plug into the Charger Input of SUPERTOOT H II. Charge Ind icator Status: • Red = Low battery • Steady Green = Fully charged • Alternate Red/Green = indicates charging 2.
BLUETOOTH P AIRING PROFILES IMPORTAN T NOTICE!!! You must establish the correct Bluetooth Pairing Mode for your mobile phone before connecting. If your handset is not listed on the next page, look in your phones manual to find the right Bluetooth Profile to use.

EXAMPLE PROCEDURE FOR PAIRING TO A MOBILE PHONE • Pairing to your phone is not possible while charging the Supertooth. • First, refer to the Compatibility Table above for suggeste d pairing modes to deter mine w hat pairing mode is be st for your phone.
HANDSFREE pairing: (Example) 1. Bring the mobile phone to about 20cm from SuperTooth II. 2. The Supertooth I I is initially off. Turn it on by flipping up the Sw i vel Arm to the 55º position. The Bluetooth Ind icator will glow (blue blink). 3. Simultaneously press the Reject Button and the Pick-Up/Hang- Up Button f or about 10 seconds.
HEADSET Pairing: (Exa mple) 1. Bring the mobile phone to about 20cm from the Su pertooth II. 2. SuperTooth II is initially off. Turn it on by flipping up the Sw ivel Arm to 55º position. The Bluet ooth Indicator will glow (blue blink). 3. Simultaneously press the Reject Button and Pick- Up/Hang-Up B utton for abo ut 10seconds.
Note: If pairing has failed, repeat t he pr ocedure. If pairing succeeded, then your SuperTooth II kit is now ready to us e. You can now make or ans wer a call using your kit instead of your phone.
MAKING/RECEIVING CALLS AN S W E R I N G A C AL L When the phone receives a call, a ring ton e is heard on SuperToo th II and at the same time on the telephone (depe nding on your phone model). 1. Shortly press the Pick-Up/Hang-Up Bu tton to an swer the call.
Redialing (Han dsfree profile only) Make a long press on the Pick-Up/ Hang-U p Button . Audio will be on the Supertooth II. Audio Transfer Kit to Phone Flip down the Swiv el A rm to 0º position (or turn-off the unit). This will automatically transfer the audio from the kit to t he phone.
VOLUME LEVELS – Finding The Right Balance 1) The Supertoot h II has a very powerful speaker that is designed to boost low level voice signals if required. Use the Volume Control Knob to turn down levels if too much signal is present and distortion or echo occurs .
