OPERATION IMPORTANT: All E-Max T™ brewers are tested and set a t the facto ry . If programming adjust- ments are necessary, refer to the E -Ma x™ Programming Manual (p/n 73674). To over-ride th e Br ew Wait mode , press and hold the BR EW key for 3 second s when the brewer is in Bre w Wait mode (i.

C AUTION: B urn Hazard To avoid splashing or overflowing ho t liquids, ALWAYS use an empty dispenser before starting the brew cycle.
PROGRAMMING FEATURES AND OPTIONS 1. View Water Temperature in Ta nk: To view the water tem perature on the screen, E-Max T™ bre we r must be ON, and not brewing or in the filling mode. Press and hold the 4th key, and depress the 6th k ey . The actual water temperature w ill be displayed for 3 seconds.

SERVICING INSTRUCTIO NS - ELECTRICAL FUNCTION 1. Pressing th e POWER k ey energizes the unit. The POWER LED will glow whenever the unit is ON . 2. Automatic fill is accomplished via the "FILL" section of the INLET SOLENOID (32) and a WATER LEVEL PROBE (7).

SERVICING INSTRUCTIONS — DE-LIMING HE A TER TANK 1. Disconn e ct brewer form the electrical suppl y. Turn off the water suppl y and disconne ct water suppl y from the brewer inlet fitting. 2. R emove the top panel to gain acc ess to internal components.
