66 T elephone audio/navigation audio If your car sound sy stem is connected to a mobile telephone or a na vigation system, the sound syst em’s volume will be mut ed as soon as you “pick up” the phone or as soon as a navigation announcement is made.

76 Radio mode This device is equipped with an RDS radio receiv er . Many of the receiv able FM stations broadcast a signal that not onl y carries the programme but also additional inf ormation such as the station name and programme type (PT Y). The station name appears on the display as soon as the tuner receiv es it.
77 ENGLISH Selecting the wav eband / memory bank This device can r eceive pr ogrammes broad- cast ov er the FM frequency range as w ell as the MW and L W (AM) wavebands. Ther e are three memory banks available f or the FM wav eband (FM1, FM2 and FMT) and one for each of the MW and L W wavebands.

While the car sound syst em is switched off, the DAB pr o- gramme play ed last (if it can be received) is recor ded for a specifi ed time (adjustable from 1 t o 90 minutes).
