The factory default active pair setting for the Active Star Hub is pins 4/5. The default and other possible configurations are shown on the identification label located on the rear panel.

15 6. T roubleshooting If you have problems with your Active Star Hub, follow the suggestions described in this chapter. 1. Collect all information relevant to this application, including: • Product serial numbers. • Host type and operating system software level.
