When using electrical appliances, basic safety precautions should always be followed, including the following: ■ Please read all instructions. ■ T o protect against risk of electrical shock, do not put mixer , cord, or plug in water or other liquid.
How T o Use 1. Be sure the unit is “Off” and unplugged before inserting or removing the Beaters or Spatula or before plugging in to begin mixing. 2. Holding the Mixer with one hand and the Beater Stem with the other , insert the Beater Stem into one opening, rotating slightly until it locks into place.
6. T o scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl when using a handheld utensil, turn the unit “Off” and place the Mixer on its Heel Rest so the Beaters can drain into the bowl. (Figure D) 7. Remove the Beaters by gripping the Mixer and pressing the Beater Eject Button.

6 CONSERVE EST AS INSTRUCCIONES ENCHUFE POLARIZADO Se emplean enchufes polarizados (con una pata más ancha que la otra) para reducir los riesgos de choque eléctrico. Cuando el cable tiene este tipo de enchufe, se ajusta únicamente a un contacto polarizado.
3. Coloque la espátula a modo que quede al lado derecho de las aspas. Coloque la parte superior de la espátula debajo de la aspa izquierda y sobre la derecha. La palabra “Front” en la espátula debe de quedar hacia enfrente. (Ilus. B) Ajuste la espátula sobre las aspas.
LIMPIEZA EN GENERAL 1. Antes de limpiar la unidad, apáguela, des- onécte el cable, y extraiga las aspas. Si ha utilizado la espátula, desmóntela. 2. Las aspas y la espátula pueden lavarse con agua caliente y detergente o en la máquina para lavar platos.

D). 7. Retirer les fouets en saisissant le bat- teur et en appuyant sur l’éjecteur de fouets.
