12 11 Preparación de carne • Cuando utilice la cuchilla de picar para procesar carne, corte la carne en trozos de 25,4 mm (1 pulg). No se debe procesar porciones de carne mayores de 300 g (10,5 oz) a la vez en el recipiente.
